VieVie is a technology company which provides an online health platform through an App to connect patients and doctors and offers online health services.
What is VieVie’s objective?
We set up VieVie to reduce health worries in Vietnam by providing patients with faster access to quality health professionals. Why is VieVie’s mission to reduce health worries?
Vietnamese are worrying a lot! Recent research undertaken by Decision Labs, a leading research company identified that Vietnamese people frequently worry about their health.
The findings showed that 45% of the population worry about their health every day and 41% worry about the health of a loved one every day. The research identified that people often chose to ignore their health worries due to lack of time, lack of money and lack of understanding about how to address a medical problem and what to do. This has become a barrier to getting good health advice. VieVie’s mission is to eradicate this, by providing peace of mind by offering a trusted destination for people to turn to with any of their health concerns.
How secure is my information?
All your personal and medical information are kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to anyone. All your sharing text, call and images are stored safely in the internal VieVie database without sharing with any outside or third party.
Why do I need to sign up with my phone number?
You need to sign up to VieVie with your phone number to receive further assistance from our customer service and healthcare professionals. Your phone number will also be used to send you verified code to access your account if you forget your password to keep your account safely. Your phone number will not be shared with any third party. Nor will it be used for the purpose of advertising or unrelated issues.
What is the background of the doctors on VieVie?
All doctors and medical staff on the VieVie platform are verified by careful checking of their medical licences and and identity to ensure they are qualified and experienced health professionals. Our medical team assess each doctor invited to the platform to ensure they have the capability and experience to respond to our patients’ needs
Which doctor will I be talking to?
The doctor is either a doctor that you choose specifically or one that has been assigned to you based on the questions that you had asked. For example, if you have a question related to children, we may either assign either a Family Medicine doctor or a Pediatric doctor depending on the complexity of the case.
Can I leave a review for a doctor?
Yes, please leave comments and stars for our doctors – this helps them know whether their answers help you and allows us to improve on the service we provide to you

What type of medical problems can VieVie be used for?
VieVie is suitable for many different medical issues, including patients with simple acute medical problems, pregnant women and parents with babies/toddlers, patients with follow up questions and patients located far from quality healthcare
Do I need to pay to use VieVie?
Currently out chat / call with a doctor is free. Accessing some doctors will require paying and upgrading for VieVie Gold, our premium priority access subscription service.
How can VieVie help me save time?
In many hospitals in Vietnam visiting a hospital or clinic can often be inconvenient with travel and waiting time making up 2-3 hours for only a 3-4 min doctor consultation. That is often not sufficient amount of time to get enough advice about treatment and managing illness.
VieVie allows you to speak to a doctor or nurse from wherever you are, whenever you want, at any time. There is now no need to travel to a hospital or clinic and wait for a long time for treatment. Medical advice is available instantly.
How long does it take for a doctor to respond?
Response times vary from 5 to 30 minutes to receive an initial response. However, it specifically depends on the time when you ask the question and the type of specialist doctor responding. It may take longer during the middle of the night for a doctor to respond.
Can I create more than one user account?
You can only create one account with each phone number. You can create another account using another phone number. However, we encourage you to use one account only, even for your family members to better manage your family members’ medical records.

What should I do if I have a health’s issue?
Whenever you have new health’s worry, you can ask our doctor by 2 ways:
1.You can ask the new question from the Home page and we will assign the case to the suitable doctor for you.
2.You can view the doctor listing from the Home page and ask the question to you favorite doctor. Your question will be answered directly by this doctor
